STRENGTH WOD
Our WOD-style classes are built around a structured, progressive approach. Each session begins with a focus on a main lift—either a squat, bench, or deadlift variation—to build foundational strength. This is followed by a dynamic circuit of accessory exercises designed to complement the main lift and target supporting muscle groups. With each 4-week block, you’ll see real progress in your strength and form.
