STRENGTH WOD

Our WOD-style classes are built around a structured, progressive approach. Each session begins with a focus on a main lift—either a squat, bench, or deadlift variation—to build foundational strength. This is followed by a dynamic circuit of accessory exercises designed to complement the main lift and target supporting muscle groups. With each 4-week block, you’ll see real progress in your strength and form.

NEXT LEVEL BOOTCAMP

This high-intensity class combines cardio and strength training in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Designed to challenge all fitness levels, you’ll burn calories, build strength, and boost endurance. Get ready to sweat, push yourself, and reach the next level!

WEDNESDAYS @5AM & SATURDAYS @ 6AM

BURN AND BUILD

This high-energy class focuses on strength, endurance, and conditioning to help you torch calories and build muscle. Through dynamic drills and full-body exercises, you’ll improve agility, stamina, and power. Perfect for all fitness levels, every session leaves you feeling stronger, leaner, and unstoppable!

FRIDAYS @ 9:30AM

BOX, BURN & BUILD

This high-energy class combines boxing fundamentals with strength and conditioning drills to boost your agility, endurance, and power. Perfect for all skill levels, you’ll learn punches, footwork, and defense while torching calories and building strength. Leave every session feeling stronger, leaner, and ready to conquer!

TUESDAYS @ 9:30AM

HYROX Training

Train like a HYROX athlete with a mix of running, functional strength, and endurance workouts designed to push your limits. Each session includes race-style movements like sled pushes, rowing, burpees, and more to build stamina, power, and grit. Whether you’re prepping for a HYROX event or just want a killer full-body workout, this class is for all fitness levels—no experience needed! HYROX is for everyone—come put in the work!

STRENGTH FLEX

Say goodbye to stiff muscles and hello to a balanced, strong body with our Mobility Meets Strength class! Using dynamic movements with dumbbells, and resistance bands, we’ll work on both flexibility and muscle power to increase your range of motion, boost movement efficiency, and build core strength. This isn’t just a workout—it’s a way to feel your best!

HIIT BOOTCAMP

HIIT Bootcamp is designed to push your limits and elevate your fitness! Our HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) Bootcamp combines cardiovascular conditioning and strength training in a dynamic, high-energy environment.

TUESDAYS @ 6PM

IRONBELLS

Iron Bells is a high intensity Kettlebell strength and conditioning workout guaranteed to burn calories, increase flexibility, and work your entire body. All levels welcomed.

SATURDAYS @ 8:45AM

PUSH BOXING

PUSH combines boxing with strength and conditioning, featuring high-energy drills that build power and endurance. Capoeira, a Brazilian martial art, adds fluid movement and flexibility to the workout, making it a dynamic, full-body challenge. Perfect for improving strength, agility, and coordination.
