Helen Perez is a Certified Personal Trainer with a real passion for helping women take charge of their fitness. Specializing in functional and strength training, she also focuses heavily on nutrition to ensure you get the most out of every workout. Helen believes in the power of accountability to keep you motivated and on track. Whether you're looking to boost your confidence or achieve specific fitness goals, Helen is here to guide you every step of the way.

Personal Trainer, Strength & Conditioning Coach and Group Class Instructor

Patrick is a Strength & Conditioning Coach, Personal Trainer, and Bootcamp Instructor with over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry. He specializes in powerlifting, conditioning, and functional training.
