Our annual Strong by Helen Mock Meet is back—and this year, we’re opening it up to all Level Up female members!
If you’ve been training consistently and want to put your strength to the test in a fun, supportive environment, this is for you. We’ll run through Squat, Bench, and Deadlift just like a real meet—but without the pressure. Whether it’s your first time on the platform or you're chasing a new PR, this is your moment to show what you’ve built.
