Small Group Training
What to Expect Our small group training is not for the uncommitted. Each class runs 60 min. designed to give you a kick start towards your dream body, you commit to a month of intense, fun and effective indoor boot camp style workouts. Classes are a combination of strength, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility, core, and functional movement patterns. The programs are designed to meet you at your current level of fitness and take you from there. Whether you’re someone who has never exercised regularly before or an athlete needing to break through a training plateau, we will make sure you see improvements and results. We'll also make sure you feel comfortable and confident about what you’re doing. A typical workout consists of:
What YOU need to bring: Comfortable workout clothes, a towel or yoga mat, and a water bottle along with your best effort! The harder you work, the greater the benefit. But, know your limits. If you feel sick, dizzy, or out of breath, it’s OK to take a break or slow down a bit. We’ll all encourage you but no one will push you to do anything you don’t want to do.
